Bauer Media is one of the UK's largest publishers of consumer magazines and owns more than 80 media brands.

The objective: To build a Life Time Value (LTV) solution that would allow Bauer Media to understand the historic and potential future value of its customers.

The solution: Datalytics' LTV solution included an analytical approach that produced a suite of tools including value segments, engagement segments, a CWO (cash with order) retention model and DD (Direct Debit) retention model. These tools are used in isolation or in combination for targeting prospects, assessing external datasets, allocating retention marketing activity, reporting, benchmarking and tracking performance. The complete solution underpins Bauer's overall customer retention strategy.
